The Sims 2 Open For Business Manager
'Mind the business' - hiring a manager? One of my Sims has hired a manager (most of my businesses have done this now, its much easier especially if they are boring NPCs with no jobs anywho).Anyway, how does this manager thing work? Do they decide opening and closing times? Will they manage things like giving employees a break? What is the extent of their powers as a manager? And can you influence what your manager does without having to go to the community lot?
Mine takes a while to load, so thats why I prefer hiring a manager asap. They can re-assign your employees, and will let them take breaks. (And put the guy with the gold cash register badge and no sales badge on sales, the guy with a gold sales badge and nothing else on restocking, the guy with gold re-stocking and nothing else on cash register, etc. Who knows why they do it, but there is a hack to prevent that.) They don't seem to change wages, so if an employee becomes underpaid you will need to fix the wages as soon as you visit the lot the next time you go. Or get a hack like the 'fairly paid' thing. Opening and closing times are only set with a hack. Cytus ii opening. Otherwise anytime you have a sim visit that lot it is open.
Sims 2 Open for Business is an expansion pack for the Sims 2. It is the third one, and was released in Winter of 2006. In this game you can make your Sims have.
The manager and the employees will be there to take care of things. (although they will have been given some very strange reassignments.) And you can call a business with a manager and check in to get the money from the business without having to go there for a while. (Unless the game loses track of the manager and decides you don't have one after all. Thus the 'missing manager' fix.) If you don't have a manager, the owner of the lot is called out if you send another sim there. (Which can be very bad for a vampire called out several times during daylight.) Influencing what the manager does without going there? Again, there are hacks.
Otherwise, I don't think so. I'm still trying to figure it out but I think the 'mind the store' action is only for when your on the lot and you want to take a break. Far cry 5 gameplay walkthrough. As soon as I did the manager went from doing nothing, to doing everything.
When I actioned to leave the lot, my store shut down, therefore I'm guessing that interaction is only there so you don't have to work as hard. Also If you miss a day of work or whatever, my sim was on maternity leave, you should check into your business a few times. I made the mistake of not doing so and I only generated a revenue of 200 or so dollars. A pop up came saying 'check into your business more if you don't plan on coming in' or something like that.
