Notes:

• Local team (West Point – Beemer) is assisting with setup, teardown, and concessions
• Allowing extra time for inspections since this is the first inspection of the season
• Preliminary Endurance Event for all competition Classes
• 90-minute heats
• All cars will use transponders
• Will schedule “Prom” and long-distance teams in first heat
• No other events
• Awards Ceremony for Endurance, Best Pit Crew, and Novice Class winner “promotion”

• Noon First Heat 60 minutes
• 1:30 PM Second Heat 60 minutes

• Assisted by MPH track personnel and the “Melon Club” (local car club) volunteers
• Normal inspection schedule and process
• Championship Braking Event (rain date for this Event is the Wayne rally)
• Championship Maneuverability Event (rain date for this event is the Wayne rally)
• Preliminary Endurance Event for all competition Classes.
  • If Wayne is later rained out, the Hastings results will be used for the Championship determination.

• 4:30 PM Clean-up

• Assisted by the local Wayne High team and community volunteers
• Normal inspection schedule and process
• Championship Design Judging Event
• Championship Endurance Event for all competition Classes.
• 90-minute heats
• All cars will use transponders
• Awards Ceremony for all Events, all Classes, Best Pit Crew, and Best Paint Job
• If Hastings was rained out, will run Braking and Maneuverability at Wayne. A schedule adjustment will be announced if that happens.
• No rain date for Wayne
• Power outlets along the side of the Bank building, so generators are not needed
• Mandatory break from 11:30 AM to Noon to allow for the Bank’s shift change
