Thank you for your understanding. This is an insurance company that gives the insurance industry a bad name. We had an accident on March 11 with a driver insured by this company.

Their driver admitted fault at the scene. He stated that he was reaching for something in his car and ran the red light.

My stepson, driving my wife's car, called my wife and asked if he should call the police. Seeing as there were no injuries and that the police are currently very busy with the health situation, plus the driver admitted fault, she said not to bother them.

We called Fred Loya they picked up the car and towed it for evaluation. Within three days they said the car was totaled. They said they are waiting for their driver to respond to their phone calls. We provided text messages from their driver apologizing and admitting that it was his fault. They will not except those messages as proof and asked if we had a police report. So now it's been 14 days and their driver has not responded so they will not pay the claim. This is forcing me to go through my insurance company and except a $1000 deductible plus an increase in my rates.

My advice, if you get into an accident with a driver using Fred Loya insurance, and it is their fault, call the police to get a written report. Your client refuses to answer you, or give you a statement. Does not return your phone calls or answer his door when you visit him. So I have to suffer because you insured a bad client? Even after you suspended his coverage he doesn't respond.

I provide you with written proof he admitted his guilt but you are saying that's not acceptable! Are you saying I lied about the written truth, I fabricated it?So in essence this man paid you for coverage and all this time you took his money. He has an at fault accident so you suspend him and refuse to pay for the damages he caused. Please explain that logic?

Im truly dissapointed, I put my trust in this car insurance. When i got inot an accident that was not my fault, they asked me to pay for the deductible, in which i never got back due to not recovering the damages from the person at fault. Fred loya just washed their hands and send me a letter saying they couldn't do anything! How is it posible they couldn't do anything when I wasnt even at fault, there was a police report, pictures, and enough evidence pointing to the person at fault.

So everything was settled that it wasn't my fault. How is it posible they couldn't persecute someone guilty? Greetings, thank you kindly for the response. It is understood that fred loya is not the 'court of law', but rather an car insurance company that defends and resolve disputes between the at-fault party and the victim. By not putting the extra effort that it is require in a case like mine, Fred loya loses credibility in their main goal which is to provide a worth service to their customers. It is now understandable what kind of service they provide. I will no longer be giving them business.Thank you, sincerely- Luis V.

If I could rate this company a minus 10 I would!! The worst people when it comes to returning calls regarding a claim and totally inept regarding their jobs! I was rear-ended around the end of November.

And Alejandra B., msg me right away regarding the claim. And I went to their office to complete paperwork and have them take pic of the damages a week later. After that, nothing! I called about a week later and was told they mailed me a check on 12/6/19.three weeks later, nothing, called back and, oh they didn't include my unit number. I provided it, and asked to speak with a mgr to see about expediting the check, Them after repeated calls they told me the check was returned, and after complaining, the mgr Maria M, text (but only after hrs).

Finally spoke with her tonight, and guess what, they re-issued another check with the wrong unit#, and I was told hey, we cant cancel this 2nd check until its returned! I had a fit and finally just hung up, as its a waste of time. This company is the worst insurance company I've ever had to deal with.

My car was hit by someone insured by this company and I've gotten the run around and so much back and forth between this company, you would've thought I hit someone. They are very unprofessional. The supervisors are no better, no one return calls, despite their voicemails stating a return call will be granted within twenty-four hours. It's going on over a week. I wish I could give this company no stars as well. Let me start by saying if I could give a 'zero' rating I would.

If you want an insurance that will just take your payment each month ONLY, without the intention to ever have to actually use your insurance, then Fred Loya is the company you want. I have been insured with Fred Loya almost 4 years. I used my insurance July 2018, because someone took the entire front end of my car off in my workplace parking lot. I should have took the hint then with the bad service and delayed processing (3 and 1/2 months) then to run for the hills!!! But no, I remained loyal as a policyholder. So, my car was stolen, and damaged and you guessed it - the hassle begins.

Continual request for more and more documents, rude service full of interrogation and scrutiny- as if I was the criminal. The crime was resolved, assailant arrested and bonded out and that wasn't enough for Fred Loya! The adjuster. was absurdly rude along with the special investigator. Anytime my emotions came into my responses, they took it as an opportunity to try to consider it as lack of information or non-compliance.

Needless to say, a month and half later in this process and it's same feeling of knowing nothing was going to be done. I had not received ANY paperwork showing me how/where the car was considered as a total loss although I requested it on multiple occasions. They have no consideration for their policy holders, and they run their insurance like they are. Should be their motto. I escalated over the claims adjuster, his manager, and his manager's manager and it was just a waste of my energy, time, breath and tears! Apparently, it's joyous for them to ruin people's lives, one DENIED, unpaid, or slow processed and underpaid claims at a time. Even with making the hard decision to switch insurance companies, due to the bad experiences I have had with Fred Loya, surely you know they took their payment out of my account, and told me it would be like 2 weeks to get my refund back.

I would not recommend Fred Loya to my ultimate worst enemy. Their compassion for their job is non-existent and they assume every customer is trying to undermine or outsmart them.

Beastie Bay Strategies and FAQ! I have become hopelessly addicted to Beastie Bay lately. It’s a tricky game to get started in, so I thought I’d share my tips and tricks. Score & Time. Beastie Bay doesn’t really mention this or remind you or anything, but essentially the game keeps a score, called “Clear Points” that it is tallying up. In Beastie Bay, you can start off with 1 of 3 beasts. Scout, Kerfluffle, or Dabbler. Let's Start off with which is which and who to choose. Scout is a dog, it's Earth element. It's got good stats, and is brilliant for taking on electric types. Since you won't find many Wind elementals early on, he seems like a good choice. However Scout is not. Beastie bay tips youtube.

Some of us are dually employed, hard working determined individuals. This has been the worst 3 months of my life, and I am still paying for a car that is rendered as basically 'waste' according to them. All this time wasted, waiting on them to decide what will happen only to be no where far from when the incident started. Either way, talking to their management is a waste of time, making suggestions on how they can better serve us, as their hold music indicates is a joke!

I follow through on that too, and you guessed it - no change! I'm so disappointed in Fred Loya today. We received a letter today stating that our 2 month claim with one of their insured was denied due to the lack of cooperation of their insured. They stated:'Through our investigation, we have concluded that the claim will not be honored as coverage is not afforded due to: Our insured is not cooperating with us regarding the claim.'

I find this totally irresponsible to those driving on the streets with their insured. Furthermore, this is continued negligence on the behalf of Fred Loya allowing unsafe drivers on OUR ROADs with OUR FAMILIES that will not be protected because Fred Loya doesn't have the. It appears that through our investigation Loya Insurance determined that coverage for your third party claim would not be afforded due to the lack of cooperation of our Insured, pursuant to their contractual obligation. Loya does not agree that it acted negligently in either its' investigation or coverage determination with regard to your claim. We are unable to provide any additional comments as it pertains to your claim since no specific information has been provided.

We urge you to contact our claims personnel should you have any additional information to submit for consideration of your claim. I have been insured with Fred Loya insurance for a long time. I thought I could count on them but they really let me down big time. Recently, I was involved in a crash that was my fault. I was driving in a neighborhood in San Antonio, Texas, and I try to pass another car on the wrong side of the road while the other car was at a stop sign.

I crash into the other car and then jumped a curb and destroyed a tree and fence. The owner of the property knows it was me who was responsible. I called Fred Loya insurance and they refuse my claim because they say I never had a driver's license. I don't understand!

Fred Loya insurance told me I don't need a driver's license for my car to have insurance. They told me I could buy insurance and drive my car without a driver's license and my policy would still cover me in case of an accident. Now that I have to report a crash they say they are not responsible because I don't have a driver's license. Fred Loya insurance is a crooked and dishonest business.

I feel violated because Fred Loya tricked me to buy their insurance.
