I assumed this would be easy to find, but Google has let me down again and again. I compiled a quick list of all flying creatures in the 5e Monster Manual together with their speeds and whether they could hover. A recommendation would be to either split the table into two, hover and non-hover flying creatures, or sort it so that the creatures that can hover are grouped together for improved readability.Edit: Nevermind, I got it.
